Suite Deal ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Suite Deal mobile application (the "App") and the website at mysuitedeal.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our services.
By using the App or Website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account or are invited to join, we collect:
- Email address
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Position or title (for managers and tenant admins)
- Company name (for managers)
1.2 Location Data
We collect your device's location data when you use features that require building verification. Location data is used to confirm that you are physically present at your building. We access your precise location only when you actively use the App and have granted location permissions.
1.3 Media Content
If you participate in photo or video challenges, you may submit images and videos through the App. This media is stored securely and is accessible to building managers and administrators for the purpose of challenge verification.
1.4 Device Information
We collect push notification tokens (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send you notifications about daily trivia questions, results, rewards, and other relevant updates. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
1.5 Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the App, including:
- Trivia answers, scores, and participation history
- Leaderboard rankings
- Reward package purchases and redemptions
- Points earned and streaks
1.6 Building and Organization Data
We collect building-related information such as building name, address, and your association with specific tenants or organizations within the building.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Authentication and account management: To create and maintain your account, verify your identity, and manage your access to the App.
- Building verification: To confirm your physical presence at a building location using location data and address information.
- Trivia and engagement features: To deliver daily trivia questions, track scores, maintain leaderboards, and manage rewards.
- Push notifications: To send you timely notifications about new questions, results, rewards, and important updates.
- Payment processing: To process purchases of reward packages through our payment partner, Stripe.
- Communication: To send transactional emails such as account approvals, registration links, password resets, and program announcements.
- Service improvement: To understand how our services are used and to improve the App experience.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore (database), and Firebase Cloud Storage (media files). These services provide industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Payment information is processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Suite Deal does not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment card data on our servers.
We implement Firebase Security Rules and authentication checks to ensure that users can only access data they are authorized to view. Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account through the App's Settings, we will delete your personal data, including your profile information, scores, and participation history. Some data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytical purposes.
Media uploads (photos and videos) older than 90 days may be automatically removed from our servers as part of routine data maintenance.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Suite Deal:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage (Cloud Storage), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and hosting.
- Stripe: Secure payment processing for reward package purchases.
- Google Maps API: Address autocomplete and geolocation for building verification.
- SendGrid (Twilio): Transactional email delivery for account approvals, invitations, password resets, and announcements.
These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share data with these services as necessary to operate the App.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your information may be visible to other users within your building or organization as follows:
- Property Managers can view employee names, scores, participation data, and challenge submissions for buildings they manage.
- Tenant Admins can view employee names and engagement data for their organization.
- Other Employees can see your name and score on building leaderboards.
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Suite Deal, our users, or the public.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can view your personal information through the App's Profile section in Settings.
- Correction: You can update your profile information at any time through the App.
- Deletion: You can delete your account through the App's Settings. Employees can find "Delete Account" in their Settings page. Account deletion removes your personal data from our active systems.
- Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications through your device's system settings.
- Location: You can revoke location permissions through your device's system settings. Some features may not function without location access.
- Data requests: For any data-related requests not available through the App, contact us at support@mysuitedeal.com.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our Website may use cookies and similar technologies provided by Firebase for analytics and session management. The mobile App does not use cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Suite Deal is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10. International Data Transfers
Suite Deal's services are hosted in the United States through Google Firebase. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
